Sau khi rà soát tài liệu Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2026,
Tổng công ty Điện lực TKV-CTCP (Tổng công ty) đính chính và bổ sung tài liệu Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2026 (Đại hội), bao gồm các tài liệu sau (được đính kèm văn bản này):
- Dự thảo Quy chế bầu cử;
- Đính chính như sau: tại mục IV, trang 6/8 của Báo cáo của HĐQT tại Đại hội số 185/BC-ĐLTKV, nội dung đã ghi “….15/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ-2024 ngày 24/4/2025…”, nay đính chính thành “….15/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ-2025 ngày 24/4/2025…”. Các nội dung khác không thay đổi. Do việc đính chính trên, Hội đồng quản trị Tổng công ty (HĐQT) đã tổ chức phát hành Báo cáo của HĐQT tại Đại hội số 251/BC-ĐLTKV ngày 25/4/2026 thay thế Báo cáo số 185/BC-ĐLTKV ngày 07/4/2026./
Vinacomin – Power Holding Corporation (the “Corporation”) hereby corrects and supplements the documents for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), including the following documents (attached hereto):
– Draft Regulation on Election;
– Correction as follows: in Section IV, page 6/8 of the Report of the Board of Directors to the Meeting No. 185/BC-ĐLTKV, the content previously stated as “…15/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ-2024 dated April 24, 2025…” is hereby corrected to “…15/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ-2025 dated April 24, 2025…”. All other contents remain unchanged. As a result of the above correction, the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the “BOD”) has issued the Report of the BOD to the Meeting No. 251/BC-ĐLTKV dated April 25, 2026 to replace Report No. 185/BC-ĐLTKV dated April 7, 2026.
